Users can create an account by email/password or via Google Sign-In. They agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep their credentials confidential. Users are responsible for any activity carried out from their account.

3. Orders and payment

• Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated; shipping fees are shown before the order is confirmed.
• An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through one of the available payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal).
• Shopzy reserves the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, a clear pricing error, or suspected fraud, with a full refund where applicable.

4. Shipping and returns

Stated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shop and destination. Return and refund conditions are detailed on the site's "Returns" page and may vary by shop.

5. User obligations

Users agree not to use Shopzy for fraudulent purposes, not to attempt unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, and to respect the rights of other users and sellers.

6. Sellers

Users who create a shop on Shopzy are responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions and prices, for meeting stated delivery times, and for complying with applicable regulations governing the sale of their products.

7. Intellectual property

The Shopzy name, logo, and graphic elements are the property of Shopzy or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Product visuals remain the property of their respective shops/sellers.

8. Limitation of liability

Shopzy acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of temporary site unavailability, content provided by a third-party seller, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). Shopzy may suspend or close an account in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

Shopzy may modify these Terms at any time; the version in effect is the one published on this page, along with its last updated date.
